Noxapater



Noxapater, a post office of Winston county, located 9 miles south of Louisville, the county seat, on the Noxapater creek, and on the Mobile, Jackson & Kansas City Rail Road. It has several good general stores, the largest saw milling plant in the county, cotton gins, 2 churches, a good school and a bank, The Bank of Noxapater, a branch of the Grenada Bank, established in 1905.
