Gipsy



Gipsy, a post office of Winston county, 4 miles north of Louisville, the county seat. The Chalybeate springs are located here which have become famous on account of the medicinal qualities of the water. Many people visit these springs and it is predicted that they will eventually become very popular and noted. The John M. Bradley Camp No. 352 of Confederate veterans hold their annual reunions there, and on these occasions as many as 3,000 people visit the springs.
